Situated in a converted barn in the cornish countryside, Its Childsplay was established approximately
26 years ago.

We have had the business for the last twenty years and have gradually altered the way we trade
to account for the ever changing retail industry.

We still supply directly to the trade - to shops and businesses who have established a good customer base
within their own area - but we now also supply the public directly through our web site.

Mainly known for our childrens furniture, especially our childrens chairs we have specialised in personalising and handpainting our furniture.

Postage and packing is included in the prices shown on the website. As internet shoppers ourselves one
complaint we have about some sites is that you get a shock at the cost of postage and packing when
checking out. We have kept our postage charges to a minimum and the price you see is the price you pay
on completing your purchase. Furniture and large toy orders are dispatched with DHL or Parcelforcde, small orders are sent by post.

Security for payments is essential and was one of our main concerns when developing the site. Bearing this
in mind we chose to use Paypal, one of the biggest payment handling businesses on the web. We have been
extremely happy with the service Paypal has provided and have not had a single complaint about payments
from our customers.

we are just as happy to take orders this way. Card details taken over the phone will be destroyed after the
transaction has been made.

We always acknowledge receipt of an order by email.
The furniture is made to order and takes approximately 3-4 weeks to deliver, if you have a date in mind
and need something quicker we can usually cope with this, just list your special date in the comments
box when checking out your order.
Our furniture is intended for indoor use.

Customers are always sent an email when their order has been dispatched.

We try to encourage anybody with any queries to either give us a ring or send an email, most emails are
replied to within 24 hours.
