We want you to be happy when you shop with Its Childsplay if not we will refund or replace all returns received within 7 days of delivery. Please obtain proof of dispatch. Unless faulty, goods must be returned in re-saleable condition in their original packaging at your expense. Personalised items cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
